Building Energy Efficiency DashboardsBuilding Energy Dashboards are the most intuitive and interactive ways to display data so building owners, operators, engineers and managers can make intelligent, data-driven decisions on as needed basis.

Measurement and Verification Automation - The intent of the Measurement and Verification (M&V) process is to provide the tools and the methods for evaluation of facility energy performance.   M&V involves recording actual energy use over time, and comparing that data with the estimated energy use calculated in the design. M&V is a tool to identify anomalies in equipment, operations procedures or user habits. Well implemented M&V process can help reduce the energy and water consumption and their associated costs while minimizing the environmental impact. Ongoing Measurement and Verification allows for systems’ optimization over the lifetime of a building, assists with commissioning, and identify systems that are not functioning as expected.

The Measurement and Verification guidelines are developed by the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP). In 2008 The US Department of Energy, Federal Energy Management Program's (FEMP's) issued M&V Guidelines: Measurement and Verification for Federal Energy Projects, Version 3.0, providing procedures for quantifying the savings resulting from the installation of energy conservation measures. Metering Best Practices: A Guide to Achieving Utility Resource Efficiency.

MVAuto
automates and expedites the standard M&V methods for evaluating building energy efficiency as formulated by the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol.

•   MVAuto SA – for stand-alone buildings

•   MVAuto CA – for campus facilities

•   MVAuto MT – for multi-tenant buildings

•   MVAuto LT – based on meter data only

Unlike other generic dashboard utility manager products in the market, MVAuto provides building specific energy performance baseline comparisons and analysis.  Using sophisticated energy modeling tools along with real time weather data gathered at the specific building site, MVAuto provides real time base line values for HVAC, Lighting, Process and Plug loads for comparison and analysis, enabling engineering and management team to optimize the buildings’ energy usage. MVAuto is Cost Effective, Sophisticated and Scalable, Real Time Solutions for the Real World!
